Founder Update: There are a few new faces around here, so I thought I would take a moment to re-introduce myself.

I am @heatherodendaal, the Canada-based founder and CEO of @wnorthconnect. In 2015, while working as a sales executive at a Fortune 500 company, my pursuit of finding a leadership community and destination conference for ambitious women in Canada fell short.

In spring 2015, I founded the inaugural #WNORTH Conference to support women on their leadership journey, and in 2018, our WNORTH membership community was born.

WNORTH brings together professional women at a high level to share their systems, networks, knowledge, and experience and to collectively code leadership and management environments to women’s experiences through boutique in-person and virtual events and programs.

As we approach our 10 year anniversary next year, I am taking a moment to reflect on the milestones that we, as a community of women, have achieved:

⭐️ Over 300 events

⭐️ 750 women through 16 cohorts of the WNORTH Forums program

⭐️ 450+ Speakers

⭐️ 7 Conferences

⭐️ 4 Summits

⭐️ 10 Chapter Cities: Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, San Francisco, Austin, New York, Toronto, Montreal, London and Whistler!
