WNORTH: A global gathering of women on the rise founded in the mountains, returns to San Francisco on Wednesday, March 1  – for a Connect Dinner at Chaya Restaurant.  The WNORTH Connect Dinners are intimate networking events led by dynamic female business leaders, established to foster and develop women’s careers and business connections. Events have taken place in Whistler, Vancouver, New York City, and now, returns to San Francisco.

Esther Ayorinde
Client Executive at Cisco

An authentic and passionate leader, Esther has driven Sales & Employee Resource Organization initiatives like Cisco’s Women of Impact NY, and is an active mentor for Cisco’s Worldwide Sales Internship Program and Cisco Sales Associate Program. For the past 4 years, she has served on the Board of Directors for Women in Cable Telecommunications in NY which focuses on developing female leaders in the Cable, Media, and Technology industry.Esther knew at the young age of 15 that she would eventually join the technology industry when she attended the Cisco’s Networking Academy, studying towards her CCNA.

Of Nigerian decent and originally from London England, Esther discovered the arts at the age of 8 through dance and musical theater. Esther has traveled the world to places like Guam, Okinawa Japan, and even back home to London, dancing professionally in both the NFL and NBA. Her passion for dance and seeing more young girls in STEM drove her to entrepreneurship at the age of 19, leading a startup now called “Alter Ego” which hosts Dance and Self Esteem Camps for Girls across the US.

Quyen Chang
Senior Director, Field Enablement at FinancialForce

Quyen (aka Q similar to the James Bond reference) is an leader with 10+ years of experience focused on scaling, mentoring and enabling successful teams. She started her career at Salesforce spending 8 years in a variety of roles (consulting, IT program management and enablement for the Sales and SE communities).

During her time in consulting, Quyen spent two years at Zenefits and was responsible for leading Sales/SDR onboarding, assisting with marketing programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop the first customer Z2 conference in October. Now at FinancialForce, she is responsible for leading enablement and assisting with customer programs for the field go to market teams.

A Bay Area Native, she’s spent her entire life living on the Best Coast born in San Jose and attended Santa Clara University where she received her Bachelor’s in Business Management as well as her MBA.
