WNORTH: A global community of women on the rise, founded in the mountains of Whistler, will be coming to London for a special WNORTH Connect Dinner. Join us Thursday November 16, 2017 at The Ned London. The WNORTH Connect Dinners are intimate networking evenings led by dynamic female business leaders, established to foster and develop women’s careers and business connections. Events have taken place in San Francisco, Whistler, Vancouver, New York City, Los Angeles and Seattle.

Managing Partner for Talent at Deloitte LLP, UK
Emma is the Managing Partner for Talent for Deloitte NWE and Deloitte UK and sits on the Executive Committees for both. Alongside these roles, Emma leads a client service team of over 50 people within the firm’s Financial Advisory practice. Since being appointed to the UK Executive Committee in 2013, Emma has led significant change to the firm’s talent agenda – most notably in relation to agile working (including the design and implementation of the award-winning Time Out programme); gender balance (a focus on culture change alongside targeted interventions – such as the firm’s industry first return to work programme – which has seen the firm make meaningful progress on this issue); Respect and Inclusion (including the award-winning Ask Yourself film and the firm’s unique mandatory inclusive leadership sessions); and Social Mobility (including the introduction of academic institution-blind recruitment and contextualisation of academics).
Emma – who is also a strong advocate of Gender Pay Gap reporting – was named the 2015 Woman of Achievement by Women in the City and in 2017 she featured in the Financial Times HERoes list which celebrates female leaders who support women in business. She is a member of the Patron Group for Access Accountancy and also sits on the Business in the Community gender leadership group. Emma lives in London with her husband and their twin 8-year-old daughters.

Anna’s mission is to help shape the way people and companies go to market and successfully drive growth and opportunity. Involved in startup advisory since arriving in London, Anna continues to apply her knowledge of brand strategy to next wave businesses evolving the way we live and work. Anna is on the Women at LinkedIn Leadership Board as well as sitting on the LEAD Committee for the London Chapter of Junior League. Living in London with her husband, Anna continues to champion organizations like Maggie’s Centres, raising funds through events and awareness campaigns.
